Fire Regulations

Due to fire regulations at the Nebraska State Capitol we can no longer have Holocaust survivors light candles during the state commemoration. I am testing out battery operated versions. This will be an interesting adventure.

Reminds me of the virtual candles we used in Second Life on the campus of NIU after the shooting last year.
